UFB Events

Despite fantasy ball events growing in popularity, many of them are very expensive, making it hard for A lot of people who afford. By the time you factor in ticket price, special wardrobe, possible hotel accommodations, etc the average person often has to save money for months to be able to afford one lavish night.

Urban Fantasy Ball strives to be financially accessible, So that even lower income people can afford to attend and share in this amazing experience. By doing so, We are able to remain accessible in many other ways. 

We prioritize single level venues, so that anyone with physical impairment does not have to worry about moving around. We choose venues that are in a metro area, so that attendees have access to a bus, train, or affordable rideshare option. UFB also prioritizes local talent and small business for collaboration,  so that artists who might not normally get the opportunity, can be involved in a unique themed experience.

Founded by creatives and run by creatives, urban fantasy ball values it's creative community and partnerships. We love supporting new artists, hearing new ideas, and putting our overly active creative brains to work. We are fierce supporters of self-expression and art, and strive to create a safe place for our friends and supporters to be there magical, unique, rebellious selves.

Naturally, Authenticity follows creativity.... We encourage our Friends, Supporters, and Allies to  be true to themselves and embrace their individuality. We want people to feel comfortable not only expressing themselves creatively, but to be comfortable expressing their thoughts, feelings, concerns, ETC. 

Time moves fast, and our world is ever changing. Because Financial Accessibility is One of our major core values, it requires us to think outside of the box in many ways.
